Lecturer Oscar Israelowitz will present a visual history of New Yorkers’ love for sports, including baseball, football, basketball, golf, and more. Featured venues include the Polo Grounds, Yankee Stadium, Ebbets Field, Shea Stadium, Barclays Center, and Madison Square Garden, as well as the Brooklyn Jockey Club, golf courses along the Terminal Moraine, and the Norton’s Point Yacht Club in Sea Gate. Enjoy this virtual trip throughout the region celebrating all things sports.
